Anthony Bailey

Anthony Bailey

Anthony joined Hearts to Homes as Director of Development in October 2024. He is a passionate leader and developer dedicated to revitalizing underserved communities. With over a decade of experience in real estate development and social impact, he has a gift for building strong relationships and securing the resources needed to bring transformative projects to life.

In addition to his role at H2H, he is Managing Director of Lumarjo Holdings LLC, where he leads initiatives that go beyond construction, fostering economic opportunity and community growth. From co-founding the PowerLab Coworking Space to creating business courses for aspiring entrepreneurs, his work focuses on empowering people and improving neighborhoods. At Hearts to Homes, Anthony will use his skills to build relationships with donors and create new initiatives for organizational growth and the empowerment of those referred to us for assistance.

A proud SUNY Purchase graduate with an MBA and ongoing PhD studies, he balances his career with being a devoted father of three. In his free time, Anthony enjoys volunteering, cycling, and exploring new places. His mission is simple: to build not just structures, but opportunities for a better future.

Mary Theresa McCombe

Mary Theresa McCombe

Mary Theresa McCombe is a founding member of Hearts to Homes and the mother of three young adults. She and her husband, John, have supported a variety of charities, including those in the foster care field. Mary Theresa has served on the boards of Iona Prep (New Rochelle), Mercy Center (Bronx), and The AES Crestwood Foundation (Crestwood). A graduate of NYU, a retired CPA with KPMG, and a volunteer fundraiser, she loves to share the story of the wonderful work that Hearts to Homes does.

Marissa Mugno

Marissa Mugno

Marissa Mugno joined Hearts to Homes in 2022. She is delighted to work with the Hearts to Homes recipients daily and assist as their Hearts to Homes wish lists are fulfilled. Prior to Hearts to Homes, Marissa started her career at in the college publishing division at John Wiley & Sons and also worked in educational marketing at Apple. She resides in Westchester County with her husband, their three children and dog. Marissa is an active volunteer with H.O.P.E Kitchen, and served on both the board of The Mothers’ Club of St. Joseph’s School (Bronxville) as well as The Mothers’ Auxiliary at The Ursuline School (New Rochelle).
